We adapt to each client’s needs, but here’s what our partnerships typically look like:

Communication: Most clients prefer Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, text messaging, or recurring Zoom calls, and we follow their lead. Some clients just like to pick up the phone, and we are up for that as well within reasonable working hours.

Availability: We are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.

Tools: We primarily use Asana, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, but we are fluent in nearly every major platform. With smaller teams, we often invite clients into our systems. With larger teams, we go where your team already works.

Updates: Expect regular communication, typically at least once a day, often more, with scheduled 1:1 meetings and touchpoints with your team and external partners when needed.

Workflow: We love both receiving tasks directly and proactively identifying opportunities to take work off your plate. You will always have forward-thinking support in your corner.
Depending on your package, you will work directly with Mikayla or with Mikayla plus the Key Kulture team, ensuring you always have the right level of support.
How will we work together day-to-day?
We offer monthly retainer packages that give you the right amount of support for your needs. Our minimum partnership is $3,500 per month. From there, you can choose the level that best fits your leadership and business goals:
Package 1: The ACTION Leader – $3,500/month
Package 2: The BOLD Leader – $7,000/month
Package 3: The GROWTH Leader – $10,500/month
Most clients start with one of these packages, and as your needs evolve, it is easy to scale your package up or down. If your ideal level of support falls between packages, we can create a customized plan for you.
How much is my investment?
We’ll guide you through it! At Key Kulture, part of our role is helping you identify what stays on your plate and what can be passed along. Together we’ll look at:
Areas of expertise
Areas of drudgery or ones that you don’t know
Tasks that must get done but are better delegated
The work you love and want to spend more time on, you keep it
From there, we’ll help delegate not only to us as your EVA, but also to your internal team or external vendors when it makes sense. Think of us as your delegation liaison, making sure the right work lands in the right hands so you can focus on what lights you up.
What if I don’t know what to delegate?
At Key Kulture, we keep things simple: just a 30-day written notice. This gives us time to wrap up projects with care, support a smooth transition, and respect the investment of everyone involved. It also gives you the flexibility and peace of mind to adjust if your needs change.
